Battery Not Charging With Hydro Engine

Hello, I am using a helicopter and its working from a battery that is being charged with hydro engines. At first everything was ok, but after I removed helicopter and spawned in blueprint the battery stopped charging, even when engine was working. Heres link to the heli.
