Author and Rename Grid constantly updating

Dedicated server, Author Page as well as Rename Grid Entry constantly flickering and updating making it almost impossible to rename.
Same thing happens with Respawn List in Admin mod. Videos below of the issue
I have the same bug
Make sure no one is building or interacting with the grid while you are trying to rename it - this resets the name like you described.
Also, I get a 404 when I try to click the YT link, it's probably incorrectly pasted :)

And this is affecting entire multiplayer servers so pretty much impossible to not have someone updating a grid
