ATM looses money on 1.197.075

Won't Fix

When depositing Space Credits, leaving then coming back to ATM, ATM shows incorrect account balance. I deposited 2.7 million in three separate transactions and ATM says I only have 255 credits in my account. Cannot withdraw more than 255 credits even throug.h I deposited 2.7 million

Hello, John,

thanks for sharing your issue with us. However, I was not able to reproduce your issue. I also did deposit 2,7 mil credits, they all were there as I came back to the ATM in the same game session, after leaving the game and coming back from Main menu, and upon closing the game completely and running it again.

Can you please specify more? Are you playing single player, on local (Lobby) MP, or on server (public or dedicated)? That way I would at least know on which type of game mode I´m suppose to search for the issue.

Did you play any Custom game? Which one? Any *** Base, Solar System (on what planet), or Lone Survivor etc.?

Best way for me would be if you can share the safe file where the issue is happening to you.

You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.

Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.

Attached is the save file. You can also visit the server : 51.195.152.162:29016 . The ATM is located at these coordinates : X 2832022.14 , Y 3385727.42 , Z 439933.19

I could also do a Zoom conference and show you.

I am playing multiplayer on a rented server. The scenario is Green base, and I built up Green base and located SMDR faction and built a trade station near theirs. The ATM is on that trade station. I sold a bunch of components to SMDR, cashed out my space Credits, then deposited those Space Credits in my atm at those coordinates.

Hello, John,

thanks for the provided info.

Unfortunately, the save failed to upload - can I ask for uploading it rather to e.g. google docs with making sure in set rights, I can downloading it? :) That would be great. As for just spawning on server with no right to use admin tool and teleport, the coords you provided are nearly 20k km away. That would take some serious time to get there.

Upon more tests on my own, I´m still not able to make it happen. The Zoom conference sounds a bit overdoing, but I can manage to get in touch with you, if you can provide the best time frame for you to connect (if that´s in my location (cze) any reasonable time). If we can´t come up with time fine by both of us, maybe recording just a simple video and uploading it here/on google/on youtube seems fine enough as well.
