I have same experience, I put surplus components to dissasemble queue and after server restart, dissasemble queue turn on assemble queue and after that i had double amount of waste component. Its iritating if i forget turn off assembler before server restart.
(This not duplicate waste material. only assemble double ammount of the waste)
