Assembler has insufficient power, but has power.

Me and a friend were making an assembler, and once it was made we put in some iron for Large Steel Tubes. It didnt start so I looked at it, and saw that it said Insufficient power. I knew it had enough power because I had a full-blast solar panel that was providing power for ONLY the assembler. I was told it's a bug with the latest update, but I just want to know if theres a way i can fix it?

Am I the only one to be experiencing this? It's unmodded, and It stopped at one point with a reload. On a new world now, and NOTHING is fixing it, not even reloading!

after being up all night, I finally found the problem. I decided to add a few wind turbines, and they seemed to have done the trick. It really was power after all, sorry!
