Alt/shift F10 Major error

Im not even sure how to describe this. When i try to access The blueprint or any other F10 menue, it puts me in third person, turns off hud, and moves me to the left? I am absolutly lost on why it does this. Another error is that i cant save objects with shift+b, which i was using as a work around to use my blueprints.

Thanks, verifying game files seemed to fix it with a little messing around in game. No mods where being used, but i did use them on ocasion on different worlds if that could caulse issues. Controls/keybinds had been changed in game but those where irelivent for this. Thanks again for the help
