all grids deleted

All of my grids were deleted - 4 ships and an asteroid base - a few minutes after i logged on. all ships connected to the base via connectors or landing gear. all disappeared at the same time. Playing on NA 5. thanks for prompt attention.

I have had this happen to me several times. Latest one was this week, All my grids were deleted twice in one week. and it wasn't a power issue. Have over 100 ingots of uranium at all times. Everything connected to my base that was anchored on an asteroid was deleted. I am so sick of this I am shelving this game as I feel like I waste my time drilling ore, and building just to have keens bullshit server cleaner that is broken ruin my game experience. This is NOT an isolated incident.
