All blueprints and objects in world deleted

When I load into a world it gives me the respawn selection screen. When I spawn all the ships and structures I made are deleted. Also all my blueprints were deleted as well. I have about 4 years worth of stuff that I just lost, please tell me you can save them. Also all backupsaves dont work. I feel like the data is in there but everythings deleted upon entering the world
