Air vents no longer depressurize oxygen from the environment

Despite the abundance of Ice, this feature seems to have been broken within the last few updates. Air vents can no longer be set to depressurize to gather oxygen from an oxygen rich environment to store into tanks. If this was intentional, I suggest allowing oxygen tanks to automatically refill theirselves without the need of a vent.
This will be especially useful in areas with no ice, such as the desert planet mod Gea.
