Air Vent depressurization when disabled

Alien Planet, Air Vent set to Depressurize planet (to gather oxygen), Oxygen Tank not full.
Air Vent is Turned Off.
But Oxygen Tank is still filling ...

Considering how space engineer suits now do this by default when in oxygen filled environments. I believe it makes sense for air vents to gather oxygen when exposed to oxygen as well in some automatic fashion. This could be a setting similar to stockpiling for hydrogen tanks.
