Air and heat passing by blocks

While I was building a base I noticed when I stood next to some windows from deco pack 2 I was getting air when I shouldn't be and so I figured out what was causing a bleed by and found this bug. Below will be pictures but to explain the bug if you build an air tight room then use half tiles as the roof of said room when you place the deco pack 2 windows the air will pass by to the open area.
Not sure if it matters but I also have a weird edge for that half block ill give a cut down of the build in the pictures below.
