Ability to have floating blocks considered connected to a grid

Hey!

i was joining into a friends server when i noticed a bug that could be abused pretty easily.

If you make a creation using modded blocks (IE wings) and then put a vanilla block attached to those (IE decoy blocks on wingtips), save that creation, and then paste it into a server that does not have those mods, the vanilla block is there and considered connected to the main grid, but the modded blocks, for obvious reasons, are not there. This results in the ability to have floating blocks that are considered attached to the main grid when they are entirely disconnected.

Screenshot below. This happened when i pasted in my fighter jet using modded wing blocks into an entirely vanilla world. The decoys act like theyre attached fine and stick to that point relative to my grid.
