A battery set to discharge does not charge other batteries. Bug?

Dont know if this is a wanted behavior or a bug:

1)

Battery A: set to recharge

Battery B: set to auto, transfers power to Battery A

2)

Battery A: set to discharge

Battery B: set to auto, no power taranfer from Battery A

This is a bug which should have been fixed long ago.

Another thing is that batteries set to "Discharge" should have higher output priority, so that power is taken from them before "Auto" batteries

this is a misunderstanding of what Discharge means, it means it will not recharge


so the only intended behavour,

1)

Battery A: set to recharge

Battery B: set to auto, transfers power to Battery A

...is correct based on 'Discharge'

if batteries on auto could pull from other batteries, it would be a mess, the power distribution game code is already a mess :)
