MyFactionDefinition "DefaultRelation" still not working from todays fix.

Hello i tryed lots of Combos of Factions settings and still not get a faction Neutral. and it will also not get rep changes when Firing/griding pirates Owned blocks.
I added the Factions.sbc file just in case i am mssing something.
