Repair mission - relogging removes mission GPS

I arrived at the gps location for the mission. There was nothing there. spent the better part of 1 hour looking around.
Went back to station and re-jumped to the location. nothing.
Decided to relog incase something bugged and a grid spawn wasn't triggered.
came back into the server and the gps location was gone- tried refreshing the mission. nothing
i am now forced to abandon it and take a rep hit :(

I have the same bug 
had to abandon the other one aswell.. put me on the same gps location as the previous mission.. and that mission text even said repair the asset. so that was a known location.
