EarthEasyStation ownership issues

When starting a brand new Custom Game with a start on Earth Planet, you span on the EarthEasyStation.
There are a number of ownership issues with some of the base's and nearby ships blocks:
- EarthEasyStation: access denied on Interior Lights, Modules
- Constructor mk.1: access denied on Landing Gear, Thrusters, Spotlight
- Deterrent mk.1: access denied on Landing Gear, Thrusters, Spotlight
- Drill Ship Atmosphere mk.1: access denied on Landing Gear, Thrusters, Spotlight
My expectation would be that all of these blocks would be owned by the FSCT faction, and shared to all faction members. Am I wrong?
