Protection Not Loaded, No Building Allowed

I updated SE today 06/19/2019 as it came out on my Client and my personal Dedicated Server I use for testing my builds.
After updating and returning to my game I found that I was unable to Build or place any form of block in survival or Admin Creative mode, due to an error "Protection is Not Loaded yet so Building is not allowed, Please try again later" along with this the Mods Automatic Ore Pick-Up and Nano Build and Repair will not pick-up mines or random items, nor with the Build and Repair system repair my ship, Most of the settings for the Build and Repair are now missing.I can fully Interact as normal with all systems.
