[1.191.0] Ion Thruster Hitbox Issue

Large ship Small Ion Thrusters hitbox extends past the end of the nozzle, causing blocks to collide with it when passing by. Even with rotor offset they collide.
This impedes movement in things such as retractable thrusters and close moving parts on ships.
