Unable to load world in online mode

Since about 3 hours I have an issue with starting a game.
Firts of all, news feed doesn't work.
When I try to enter world I have notification that Steam is offline (even is not) and I have to change my world setup to offline(Even its like that all the time).
My current version is 1.189
What to do? Is that some pdate issue?

Thank you for contacting us. However, we cannot solve this issue because it concerns to Steam. Steam acts as offline / is offline and that is the reason the game can't be set up properly.
