Newly saved blueprints do not show up in in-game browser

I am currently unable to use any new blueprints. I can still load old blueprints but anything new I blueprint seems to simply do nothing. When going to SE blueprint files through %appdata% I can find the files of the blueprints all saved in the clouds file. This happens both when going into the f10 menu and clicking create new blueprint from clipboard and when using Ctrl + B
