Prototech O2/H2 Generator missing component

Unlike all other prototech parts, there is no component between the computers and the prototech comps. This makes hacking impossible without loss, which seems unintended.
Moving the large steel tubes over would be an easy fix.

Just incase you also wanted to consider a rebalance 2x power, 2x input and 2x yield = 4x output seems much more inline with other prototech blocks than the flat 10x its at now. It's not a bug though, just an oddity.
