Properly working airlocks cause the airtightness system to become broken for the whole grid.
Big, Large Grid ... grid.
It have many airtight compartments with either doors or airlocks. Air vents in each compartment.
Also there are airlocks that leading outside, and those are built to guarantee that if one door is not fully closed, the other cannot be opened.
If there is no green/green air outside, and the outer door starts to open as soon as an event controller reports, that inner door is fully closed, the whole airtightness systems breaks.
All compartments, even those behind their own doors or airlocks are now considered not airtight.
The only way to avoid it is to wait 2-3 seconds AFTER the inner door is fully closed before opening the outer door.
Save/load fixes the bug.
I think the bug was introduced recently, the whole system was used to work every time.
I have the same bug
