Salvage contracts disappear

Sometimes salvage contracts disappear from your "active contracts" list.
In this clip, I had three open salvage contracts. I had two items from those contracts. The third salvage, we had not yet visited.
We went to the station to complete the two contracts. In the linked clip, you can see all three contracts listed in the Contract Block. Then I finish two contracts. When I finish the second contract, all the contracts disappear.
This has happened to me several times now.
Steps to replicate:
- Accept multiple (3) salvage contracts from the same station
- Go to two of the salvage sites, get the item from each
- Return to the originating space station
- Attempt to finish the contracts.
Observe
- When the second contract is finished, the third disappears as well.
