Cannot remove "Sparks of the Future: Extended Edition" scenario

I downloaded the official "Sparks of the Future: Extended Edition" scenario from the Steam workshop to have a gander at it, but despite unsubscribing it from the workshop, it still shows in my game's list of available sandbox scenarios, even after restarting the game.
The game also doesn't even list it as community content after unsubscribing, and yet I cannot seem to get rid of it.
