Issue with workshop builds and dlc

i was attempting to spawn a few workshop items in creative and a few of them gave me the message saying i was missing some dlc. i own all available dlc on steam and check that all were installed. I don't think there are any mods involved and I don't think I'm doing anything wrong, I'm wondering if this is a bug or if i missed something.
