Having "Untargetable" checked in admin tools prevents sensors from detecting you.

That seems to be about the whole thing. Only been happening since prosperity or perhaps one of the recent hotfixes.

What you are experiencing is actually a new, deliberate change from v210 0and is working as intended.
You can also find information about this behavior in the Admin Screen tooltip when hovering over the tick button. Please see the attached image for reference.
