Hi Keen Team!

While testing in creative mode I have noticed my AI Drone is not able to return to my Rover's connector using the AI Recorder having 3 premade waypoints and it was working well before the game updated.

STR :

1 - Load this workshop world created brand new in the new game version we have today :

2 - Enable "show waypoints" from the Info Tab to see my premade waypoints bond to Rover's Beacon.

3 - Enter the AI Drone cockpit.

4 - Select cockpit toolbar #7 having only the 3 needed action keys for this Test and turn them all ON by starting with the first one on the Left :

- Button #1 is AI Flight AI Enabled ON/OFF

- Button #2 is AI Recorder (approach to connector) AI Enabled ON/OFF

- Button #3 is AI Recorder (approach to connector) Play ON/OFF

5 - Enable the 2 needed AI blocks and hit button #3 to play the 3 pemade waypoints.

6 - Notice the Drone can go to Waypoint #1 and not able to stop on Waypoint #2 so not able to go to Rover's connector waypoint #3.

Ello.

I tested it in CM and SM 1.210.014, changing every available settings combination and different speeds. The AI Recorder behaves as if it has Anti-collision Mode permanently enabled. As soon as it approaches a voxel, it starts evading. This prevents the ship/drone from landing, docking.

To observe this, all you need is the AI Recorder and two points, one in the air and the other near the surface.

This bug renders the AI Recorder block useless.

The bug didn't occur in 1.208, I think it started in 1.209.

I'm hoping for a quick fix, my entire gameplay was based on autonomous ships.

Thx
