Suit jetpack SlowdownFactor modification causes rubberbanding effect when using Auto Dampener

Title pretty much explains it. Any modification to a character jetpack's <SlowdownFactor> leads to a rubberbanding effect when using Auto Dampeners which is bad enough to kill unsuspecting players just wanting to live with balanced dampeners. This effect is only seen when using Auto Dampeners and when moving at speed and is completely unrelated to any form of lag. This seems to be the game miscalculating trajectories as it is likely expecting stronger dampeners.

Reproduction steps:

1. Install either one of the below linked example mods which both use <SlowdownFactor>1</SlowdownFactor> (default is 5)

2. Get a ship moving at speed. Anything from 30-80m/s works, with higher speeds having stronger results. (Speed mods show it can work at any speed as long as the player can move faster than the ship's current speed)

3. Lock the Auto Dampeners to your moving ship and activate jetpack

4. All movement with Auto Dampeners on will now have the rubberbanding effect. Longer movements have worse rubber banding and curved movement can sometimes result in you being smashed into your ship at an angle.
