AI Defensive Block Now Missing AI Behavior On/Off with Hotfix 1.210.013

Hotfix 1.210.013 on Friday appears to have removed the AI Behavior option On/Off in the terminal or if you try to find it in the toolbar config for AI Defensive Blocks. AI Offensive Blocks and other AI Blocks are okay. I started a new private game to verify that a save prior to hotfix 1.210.013 was not the culprit. No mods were used in this testing.
