Assembler - Low Power Error Message

Aooarently I have an error message with the full assembler where it it saying it has low power but there should be sufficient power supplied by batteries and 4 small LG reactors. Low power draw shown on HUD for the craft, and powering down power-heavy systems didn't resolve. It appears to be saying "low power" but it should read "insufficient resources" to produce components.
