Request: Expose MyWheelInversions to IMyMotorSuspension

Recent changes to the wheel override system have broken script compatibility. The new implementation relies on wheel inversion data that is not exposed through the scripting API, making it impossible for scripts to reliably determine wheel behavior or handle all configurations.
Scripts cannot be fully fixed until the MyWheelInversions structure, or equivalent inversion state information, is exposed through the IMyMotorSuspension interface.
