There was a change added where 1 sorter can disable all refining (and o2 gen) from pulling items on a grid if it doesnt have an output. This sorter is set to drain all, whitelist, ingots.
I can get it working again by:
-removing whitelist
-Adding cargo in output
-turning off sorter
-turning off drain all
This wasnt an issue before the update.
This took me a while to track down. Mods like pipelines depend on a sorter being a valid endpoint without a container.

It's really just trying to sort output ingots into a container, then delete the container and all the refineries stop pulling. If you still need a save I'll make one for you though.
