New Flat Collector collection area is sideways relative to model

The collection area is rotated 90 degrees. This is using the build vision mod to show the collection area, but you can see the welder sitting on the front of the block and not getting collected and the issue reproduces with no mods.
Repro steps: Place an object off to one side of the collection area on the new Flat Collector.
Actual: It won't be collected.
Expected: It is collected.
Repeat the test with the normal small collector - it will collect the item.
