Join button does not work. Error downloading server settings.

This issue involves a specific dedicated server I am hosting on a machine I own.

When attempting to join the dedicated server by pressing the join server button, nothing happens.

When attempting to join the dedicated server by joining a friend on the server via steam menu, nothing happens.

When right click and favorite on the dedicated server, nothing happens.

When I open server information, the world settings say "Error downloading server settings!"

When I click on "online players:" my game client sticks forever on "loading, please wait...".

When I click the favorite button in server information, it changes the button to unfavorite. Upon looking at favorited servers, that server does not show up.

I am unable to join the dedicated server hosted on LAN.

I am able to join the dedicated server from the local computer.

Other people are able to join this dedicated server via WAN.

When looking at joining friend games with a friend on this server, it does not show up.

When looking at servers on LAN, this server does not show up.

When opening the server list, the server only shows up sometimes.

Attempting to join the server via WAN address shows "server not responding" after 1 second.

Attempting to join the server via LAN address shows "server not responding" after 1 second.

Router has ports forwarded TCP/UDP to the dedicated server host computer.

Computer that is dedicated host has windows firewall cleared for space engineers dedicated server executable.

Computer that is attempting to join the dedicated server has windows firewall cleared for space engineers executable.
