Join World Button does nothing on one specific server, error downloading server settings

Hi o/

I currently have a problem with joining a specific server but I am the only one having this issue.

I have not yet played on that server in the past.


Issue Description

After clicking the "Join world" button nothing happens regardless of how long I wait.

If I klick "Server Details" there is red text "error downloading server settings".

The server is modded but my game says there are no mods installed on this server.

The Server Logs don't have me trying to join in them.


Trying these things on the official servers or other modded servers results in the intended function.

The other players on the server are not experiencing these issues.


What I tried so far

  • restarting the game
  • restarting the PC
  • deleting the "SpaceEngineers.cfg"
  • validating game files
  • reinstalling the entire game


What can I do at this point?

1 I have the same bug

Fixed it. It was a port problem on my router.
