Hello Keen Software House Team,
I’ve purchased the "Space Engineers - Fieldwork Pack" DLC for Space Engineers, and since I bought it back in 2025, I haven’t been able to access its content. I’ve tried everything: installing and reinstalling the game multiple times on three different computers I own, and the DLC still isn’t available.
I’d appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue directly, as nothing I’ve done on my end has worked.

Just to clarify, is your current Steam account the same account that you used to purchase Space Engineers and its DLCs, or are you using Steam Family Sharing?
If you are using Steam Family Sharing, please note that the borrower can access the lender's game and DLCs only if they do not already own the base game. If the borrower already owns Space Engineers, they will need to purchase the DLCs on their own account to use them. You can find more information about this in the Steam Family Sharing FAQ
If you're using the account that originally purchased the game and DLCs, could you please check that all of your purchased DLCs are enabled in Steam?

Once the verification is complete, restart the game and check if the issue persists.
