Phantom Dampeners.
Won't Fix
This happened to me several times in a row. I am working on an asteroid base. I am dampened to the ship behind me. Periodically, the dampeners move my character around even though the ship is not moving. undampening to the ship fixed the issue.

However, we were not able to reproduce same behavior on our side.
Can you please let us know if this problem is ongoing for you, or it does not happen anymore?
Also, from the video itself, it is visible, that you are using mods. Since we do not support mods and also do not provide support for those, can you please try the same on vanilla (no mods) world, with same/similar grids and see if you are experiencing this problem also on a world without any mods?

It has not been a recurring thing in my games. It happened twice in that game save, at the same position in the game. I hvae not seen it prior or since.
