Europa Salvage Contracts Broken

I started a game on Mars. Economy-only style playthrough. I took a salvage contract from a space station, and the destination was on Europa. Upon arrival, the waypoint marker was there on the surface, but there was no wreckage. Nothing was listed in the Entity list within 40km. I thought it may have been trash cleanup due to travel time, so I disabled trash cleanup.
Took another salvage mission, was also on Europa. Upon arrival, the waypoint marker was there on the surface, but there was no wreckage. Nothing was listed in the Entity list within 40km.
I have the same bug
Update - appears any salvage contract that is more than ~50km away has the same issue for me.
