SE1 crashes on launch with nvidia smooth motion on

Greetings!
Game crashes on launch with nvidia smooth motion on after resent update.
Turning it off fixes the problem, but we really need it since we use high DSR Factors to get rid of aliasing.
Looks like problem appeared before (we could lauch the game right after a first crash), but one patch before it was fixed and now broken completely.
Verify game files did not help.
Clean reinstall drivers did not help either.
I did test Low Latency Modes since ultra mode is forces when smooth motion is active and game is running ok, so the problem is with smooth motion On only.
Visually I see a steam start window(sync) then a game startup banner then the crash.
I send error report logs those could be found if filtered message by "smooth motion".

Windows 10, Steam, GeForce RTX4070 Ti SUPER (16 GB VRAM), 64 GB RAM. Graphics driver is currently 595.97 (released Mar 24, 2026). There is a newer driver available (596.49, released May 12, 2026), but I have not installed it yet.
