Tiny invincible asteroids that only render when within 13 meters of the camera

Earlier today I flew into a tiny invincible asteroid and wrecked a chunk of my ship and valuable storage. This asteroid is on official server CA#1 about 1 meter away from the following GPS coordinates.
This tiny asteroid is only visible when the camera / viewpoint is within about 13 meters of the roid.
