Property value typos in new structural blocks group

In BlockVariantGroups.sbc, for BlockVariantGroup "StructualBlocksGroup" (sic),
(1) typo of block variant group's subtype; should be "StructuralBlocksGroup"
(2) typo of (missing localization key) DisplayName; should be "DisplayName_Block_StructuralBlocks"
