Apex survival kit Dummy detector spawn is under it

Unlike the vanilla Survival kit. Apex Survival DLC Survival kit has the dummy_detector_respawn offset under it. This completely breaks any of its usage in small grids, as there is no way to spawn inside the grid when its this broken.
