They are magic, because when economy is turned off, you can find them in loot, and then they give you a drop off location for the item...
Is there a station at the drop off location?
Is this another encounter of some kind, not a station?
I did not try to drop off the item as I was in a game with economy off, and trying to do a recording. lol. I guess I have a recodring. Hmm. Maybe I'll make a video.
