Signal display for LB+RB on controller INOP

Hello,
I was really excited about the latest update, but it seems the signals are broken for me. I play with controller and play with signals on normal. Prior to the latest update I cannot seem to use LB+RB to see all signal names. Instead I have to move the right thumbstick around to see the names. I have confirmed this on Xbox Series X as well as Steam, both with new and loaded games, modded and unmodded.
