Item Search "forgets" your previously explored stations upon rejoin to a DS

I've been exploring the new stations on a DS (dedicated server) that I also host for some friends, and have noticed that after rejoining (the server has not shut down between me leaving and joining), my Item Search screen is not displaying any of my previously discovered stores, requiring me to rediscover them again.

I am verifying this by searching for Hydrogen Offers - something that every station is guaranteed to have.

I've only played on a dedicated server post-Econ2, so unsure if this happens in singleplayer or local multiplayer.

As an aside, I've noticed that the store only shows up in item search after explicitly viewing that station's store block for the first time - not just loading the grid by flying near it. I'm not sure if this is intended, or a bug, but I think it might be quite convenient if the stores auto-registered just by being close enough to them! (idk, something like less than 1km away maybe?) instead of having to go through the airlock and find the store block. After Economy 2, I've sometimes been to a station only to use its Services, not its store or contracts, but would like to still find its store offers via Item Search later!

I'm having the same problem on Windows 10 Steam. I've visited 2 stations that I visited just by finding them as I flew around, clicked on every block, LCD, etc to try and "register" the locations. But when I use the item search for items I literally just confirmed are sold at one of those stations, I get the message about my search not finding any results. This even happens if I access the Item Search directly from the store block in the station!

Playing a solo game with mods. AFAIK none of the mods are in any way related to any economy elements, though.

Oh, should add that this is happening without my logging out. The game just doesn't seem to be registering I've found the stations at all.
