space eng 1 economy 2 update - salvage ships just disappear

UPDATE: It seems that by accepting new salvage contracts (or perhaps, any contracts?) the old salvage GPS respawns and I was able to complete the old one successfully.

After some more playing last night, i reduced my contracts page to less then one page. I did several salvage contracts so they did not exceed one page and i didnt have any ships disappear on me.

We tried reproducing this issue on our side but could not replicate it. To help us investigate further, could you please let us know whether this occurred in Single Player, a Lobby, or a Multiplayer server?

If this happened in a Lobby or on a server, did it affect only you or other players as well?

Was the SP/Lobby world or server modded (had active MODs)? If the issue occurred in a modded world/server, could you please try reproducing it in a new unmodded/vanilla world or server and check if the issue still occurs?

If it does, please send us a screen recording/video showing the issue, along with the unmodded/vanilla world or server save (if you are the host), any reproduction steps that consistently trigger the issue and the log file from the time the issue occurred.

This information would really help us investigate the issue further.

• You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
• You can access your world save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.
• Dedicated Server save file (if you're the host) can be found in the AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineersDedicated\Saves (if instance is Local) or in C:\ProgramData\SpaceEngineersDedicated (if instance is not Local)
• Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files/video(s) you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.

Originally i was in a Solo offline new save file but modded, so i restarted a new game and did not add any mods. I also kept my contracts page to just one or two contracts where as before i had over a page of contracts. Basically a page of acquisition's and then the salvage contracts at the end.

The new game i started, i only had at max 2 contracts that where all salvage contracts. I played for roughly 10 hours or so and i never had a ship disappear again. Then, i was flying back from a 200km contract and i had a ship disappear again, leaving the marker on the screen where the ship disappeared.

I have since added mods to the game and played for probably another 10 hours now without any other ships disappearing.

At this point i would say having multiple contracts/length of the contracts kept is what caused the ships disappearing. I never thought to reload a backup save and see if the ship disappears again on reload, but if it happens again i will try it and update.
