Single blocks vanish upon placement

Solved

When I place any single cube the block just vanishes I can’t build suddenly I never touched trash removal but it still does it anyway. I can still place ships from blueprint menu and clipboard but I can’t build new ones since the blocks vanish upon placement. I’m using the solar system world template with the rendering improved mod and I got the may 4th update and DLC of 2026

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum.

Since you mentioned using MOD, could you please try reproducing the issue in a new/fresh vanilla (unmodded) world? If the issue persists there as well, please send us a screen recording/video showing the issue, along with the log file from the time this issue occurred.

However, if the issue does not occur in a vanilla world but only in a modded one, it is most likely related to a MOD. After a new update, some MODs may not be compatible with the latest game version, and it is up to the MOD creator to keep their MODs updated.

You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

The error stopped and is not coming back I’m unsure if I can demonstrate it or not. I’ll send a video or a screenshot if I see it again.
