HUD is slightly wrong about temperature
Long story short: the HUD does "smaller or equal" when checking temperature number to display distinct level, while the game logic (TemperatureToLevel) does "smaller than" to turn it into a distinct level.
This is a problem for the places where temperature matters, like suit energy consumption and farm plots.
You might think this is a very rare case, but it's in fact very easy to get exactly 0.125 weather with snowlight on ground level on earth, where the HUD and farmplots disagree.
STR:
1. Ground level on Earthlike, type in chat: /weather snowlight
2. Notice how the HUD says "Freeze" (which is the extreme cold).
3. Place a farm plot and all its needs (battery, irrigation system, ice, seed).
4. Notice that the farmplot's plant does not die even though your HUD says it's in extreme weather.
