DLC textures disappear when steam is offline.
Not a Bug
A few times when my network goes down and i want to play the game im surprised with the textures going away. Is there a way to keep my textures of DLC's that I paid for and are downloaded in my PC taking a few GB of space when the game goes offline?

Thank you for reaching our forum with this.
However, the problem that you are experiencing is most likely related to how Steam handles DLC ownership verification.
Even though the DLC content is installed locally, the game still relies on Steam to confirm ownership. If Steam goes offline unexpectedly (e.g. due to a network drop), it may not be able to validate your inventory properly, which can result in missing DLC textures/materials.
Unfortunately, this isn’t something we can directly control from our side.
As a workaround, we recommend:
