Need More Information

Im getting mainly pink flashes when looking at cockpits, though ive noticed it happening near atmospheric thrusters when they are on and windows. This also happens in the escape menu when the game is paused.

I have verified game files, all checked out ok, changed graphics from high to low, changed from fullscreen windowed to full screen.

Loaded in another brand new save, no mods enabled but i do have them downloaded, i have pulsar plugin too:

Hello Qyron,

We checked this issue on our side using the save you provided, but we didn’t experience it. Since you mentioned using a Plugin, could you please try removing the Plugin (and any Mods) and check again? Preferably, you could create a new vanilla (unmodded) Star System world and see if the issue occurs there.

If the issue persists on vanilla/fresh world, please send us the log file (named as SpaceEngineers_) from the time it occurred, along with the world save again and a screen recording/video showing the issue on the vanilla/fresh world. This information will help us investigate the issue further.

  • You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
  • You can access your world save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.
  • Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.

Kind Regards,

Keen Software House: QA Department
